In our organization, all customer enquiries are captured and managed through a centralized CRM lead form.

Lead information, such as organization details, contact person, source, and ownership, is recorded to ensure proper tracking and accountability. This structured lead management process helps the team respond quickly and progress enquiries systematically toward qualification and conversion.

Deal Generation

After lead qualification, the enquiry is converted into a Deal to manage the complete sales opportunity lifecycle.

The deal initially moves through statuses such as Open and Assigned, where ownership is defined and sales activities begin. Once active work starts, the deal moves to In Progress, covering stages like Demo, Requirement Gathering, Quotation, and Negotiation, allowing continuous tracking of customer engagement and progress.

Based on the outcome, the deal is either marked as Closed Lost with a mandatory reason or progresses toward Ready for Closing, followed by Contract Finalization, Sales Order creation, and finally Closed Won, after which the opportunity is handed over for implementation execution.
