The Growth Group is responsible for building market presence, generating opportunities, and strengthening client relationships. It includes Marketing & Brand, Sales & Business Development, and Customer Success & Account Management. This group ensures that inbound and outbound business development, customer communication, renewals, and account growth are handled with clear accountability
The Delivery Group is responsible for executing projects with quality, discipline, and technical excellence. It includes PMO & Delivery Excellence, Functional Consulting, Technology / Engineering, QA, Release & DevOps, Product Engineering, AI Lab & Innovation, and Support & Managed Services. This structure allows us to manage projects end-to-end — from requirement gathering and solution design to development, testing, deployment, support, and innovation.
The Corporate Operations Group enables the organization with strong internal systems and people processes. It includes Human Resources & Talent, Learning & Capability Development, Finance, Accounts & Compliance, Administration & Facilities, and Internal IT & Systems. This group ensures that our teams remain well-supported, continuously trained, and operationally strong.
